The juicing craze has swept the nation over the last decade, mainly because it's an easy and delicious way to incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet. Not only are you getting hydration, but also vitamins and minerals that benefit your hair, skin, nails, digestive tract and more. If you're not up to the challenge of purchasing a juicer and making your own, check out one of these cool Sarasota juice bars.

This franchise has locations throughout Florida, but the newest in Lakewood Ranch is the perfect spot to hydrate. The shop has six signature juices, including black lemonade with charcoal, beet, orange and apple, "lean n' green" and more. Wellness shots include pineapple, turmeric and ginger. They also have salads, wraps and açaí bowls.

CROP offers a variety of 100 percent vegan and gluten-free cold-pressed juices. You can order leafy green juice cleanses, fruity blends or wellness shots with superfoods like turmeric, ginger and elderberry. This family-owned-and-operated restaurant sells healthy meals and drinks on St. Armands Circle and in downtown Sarasota. Juices include fun combos like Pure Gold (pineapple, ginger, orange and lemon), Summer Breeze (kale, pineapple, spinach and cucumber), Green Energy (mostly greens) and more. Dine-in and carryout available.

This woman-owned company is based in Fort Pierce, Florida, but sells its products in local stores like Detwiler's Farm Market, Whole Foods Market and Publix. While the company is best known for its hand-pressed orange juice, it also offers pure grapefruit juice, blood orange juice and lime and lemon juice. Or try combos like orange beet, orange and pineapple or strawberry lemonade.
