3Natives—a Florida-born chain that specializes in açaí bowls, smoothies, salads, wraps, juices and bagels—came to Lakewood Ranch last year. Now the restaurant is adding a second area location: A new 3Natives will open next spring, near the University Town Center mall.

The first 3Natives was opened by Anthony Bambino in 2013 in Tequesta, Florida, near West Palm Beach. The menu includes a number of fresh, brightly colored options that are served up in a fast-casual environment. The new location will be situated in the University Town Center West District, in a building adjacent to the Homewood Suites hotel.

The new 3Natives will be located at 309 N. Cattlemen Road, Unit #6, Sarasota. The Lakewood Ranch 3Natives is located at 11577 State Road 70, Lakewood Ranch, and is open 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday.
