Chef Paul Mattison is teaming up with Paul Kauffman, a spirits specialist from Republic National Distributing Company, to teach the tricks of the trade with some favorite spirits.
For the $50 ticket price, attendees will learn how to make three cocktails with help from the experts using fresh ingredients like berries, peaches and an assortment of mixers. With drinks made from Prosecco, vodka and tequila, there are options for every connoisseur. (Personally, we can't wait to try the Strawberry Basil Rosé Spritz, which sounds oh-so-refreshing.)
The class will kick off with a hefty charcuterie spread and a welcome cocktail to get the creative juices flowing before guests head to their own cocktail prep station, complete with barware, fruit and, most importantly, liquor. If you need to soak up the booze after class, the ticket price also includes $10 toward your dinner in the restaurant that night.
