Grand Cru Wine Bar, a self-serve wine and craft beer bar, is opening soon at 1528 Main St., Sarasota. The bar offers 24 self-serve taps, plus by-the-glass or by-the-bottle options. The bar uses technology from iPourIt, Inc., which installed the self-serve taps. The company has worked with over 117 locations and installed more than 3,200 taps. Grand Cru is owned by Brian Darby and Manuel Llanes.
