Suncoast Charities for Children this week announced the dates and location for next year's 20th annual Thunder By the Bay Motorcycle Festival. The free four-day festival will take place Feb. 15-18 at the Sarasota County Fairgrounds, with a Bikes on Main Block Party in downtown Sarasota on Friday, Feb. 16. The 2017 Thunder By the Bay festival took place in Lakewood Ranch after many years of events in downtown Sarasota.
