Construction is underway on the new 27,000-square-foot clubhouse at Del Webb Lakewood Ranch. This multi-million-dollar, resort-style amenity center will be the focal point of the homebuilder’s newest adult community. The new clubhouse will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a group fitness studio, a catering kitchen for residents’ private parties and a Wi-Fi café. Additional amenities include a lakefront restaurant, a resort-style pool with lap lanes, a spa and a fire pit. Eight pickleball courts, six tennis courts and four bocce courts are nearly complete and will open on Saturday, March 25.
