The law firm Shutts & Bowen LLP recently hired Kyle Horth in its Sarasota office as an associate attorney in the corporate practice group. Horth focuses his practice on transactional and taxation matters related to limited liability companies, partnerships and other pass-through entities, and concentrates his trusts and estates practice on estate planning, trust administration, federal income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxation. He graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
