Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC recently entered into a 20-year lease for 41,000 square feet of space at 5812 Clark Road, Sarasota, and has broken ground on a new facility that will become a Tires Plus Total Car Care. Rico Boeras of Sarasota Commercial Realty, LLC represented the tenant and Clint Conway of SVN Commercial Advisory Group represented the landlord, Village Grand, LLC.
