Dr. Sneha Pallegar has opened Samsara Health, a practice focusing on culinary medicine, at 3906 Mockingbird Hill in Sarasota. Pallegar, who received her D.O. from Nova Southeastern University and completed her medical residency at USF, plans to integrate evidence-based traditional Western medicine with lifestyle and culinary medicine. "I recognize, along with the evidence based scientific community, the impact that our lifestyle choices have on our health trajectory," Pallegar says. "The lifestyle elements of our way of eating, how we stress, our levels of physical activity, how we sleep, our interpersonal relationships and our habits all intermingle to create our dynamic state of health."
