Local couple Meg and Jeff Munafo have opened a D1 Training gym in Lakewood Ranch. D1 Training, co-founded by NFL quarterbacks Tim Tebow and Peyton Manning, D1 Training offers traditional weight rooms, indoor AstroTurf football field, tires, battle ropes, medicine balls, a retail shop and more. The gym is known for it's 54-minute "Five Star Training" classes, which follows a specific combination of strength, core-training and performance conditioning. Class packages range from $199-$499.
