The site created the rankings by examining how many times a property was added to user "wish lists." The top Sarasota County listing is a three-bedroom "tropical escape" in DeSoto Acres that can accommodate up to 16 guests; the top Manatee County listing is a one-bedroom "hidden paradise" in west Bradenton.
