Mission: To elevate the quality of life of the growing Hispanic/Latino community through education, integration, and civic engagement.
UnidosNow has been working for the past 10 years to empower the growing number of Hispanic/Latinx community members in our region through education, integration, and civic engagement to achieve the American dream.
We have programs in the elementary, middle, and high schools to provide students and their parents with the tools necessary to build a successful post-secondary path.
The existing gaps seen in the Latino community regarding educational attainment rates, access to health care, and political representation inform the planning and delivery of all of our programs with the ultimate goal to embolden students and their parents to create opportunities that can bridge these gaps.
UnidosNow’s intergenerational programs are impacting our community one family at a time. From our Parent Leadership Program to our Future Leaders Academies at elementary, middle, and high schools, our organization is ensuring that every participant has opportunities to grow and reach their highest potential. With our Future Leaders Academy, we are empowering our leaders of tomorrow to create circles of opportunities for generations to come through college preparation, leadership training, and community service.
