WELL-RESPECTED AMONG their customers and fellow Realtors, Pam Hagan and Jenn Flanders have over half a century of combined real estate experience. Pam began her career in the 1980s on Longboat Key and has since sold millions in beachfront property; Jenn started in the business 11 years ago, specializing on Siesta Key.

Having known each other for decades and both being Sarasota natives, they bring an incredible network of connections to the table and support each other when needed, working independently on other projects. Among their career highlights and an example of their teamwork is working on the development of major land projects east of I-75. Pam’s years of experience with residential construction and design, matched with Jenn’s expertise in East County, were instrumental in their success.

Personally, Pam had a miraculous recovery surviving a spinal cord injury that threatened her ability to walk. She now shares her comeback story (and the steadfast faith that saw her through) to lift up others at motivational speaking engagements.

Jenn comes from a family of local business owners and is co-owner of a propane gas company, Flanders Gas, Inc. She’s ingrained in the community and has a special interest in assisting seniors. When she’s not finding the perfect property, she enjoys quality time with her family.
