There's Still Time to Donate to Community Foundation's 24-Hour Giving Challenge
The challenge, which ends at noon on Wednesday, April 27, has more than 700 nonprofit participants. The event has raised more than $59 million since 2012.

The 24-hour Giving Challenge kicked off today at noon and runs through April 27 at noon. More than 700 nonprofit organizations participate in the online event, which has provided more than $59 million in unrestricted funding over the course of seven challenges. During the previous Giving Challenge in 2020, at the height of pandemic and in a time of unprecedented need, the community raised $19.1 million in just 24 hours.
The Giving Challenge is hosted by the Community Foundation of Sarasota County, with giving strengthened by The Patterson Foundation. For more information, click here.
