Project 180 and CenterPlace Health have partnered to provide medical and dental services for men and women returning to the community after incarceration. Project 180 can make appointments for Sarasota citizens while they're still incarcerated and schedule the appointment so those returning to the community can be seen during their first or second week out. They can get a physical, receive medical help for an existing condition, or receive oral care.

Additionally, Project 180 was recently selected as Eyeglass World's charity of choice and will offer two free eye exams each month, plus a free pair of glasses for each Project 180 patient. Project 180 leadership says eye care is the No. 1 health need among the people it serves.
