Ringling College of Art and Design has named two key members to its senior leadership team: Dr. Tracy A. Wagner as executive vice-president and Dr. Jason L. Good as vice-president for enrollment management and marketing.

Wagner previously served as the college’s vice-president for finance and administration.  In her new position she will work directly with college president Dr. Larry Thompson, leading a number of special initiatives including institutional strategic planning, further engaging the college’s board of trustees, and helping to further connect the Sarasota Art Museum campus and the main campus. She will also be responsible for overseeing the offices of human resources and planning and institutional effectiveness and serve as the college’s Title IX Coordinator.

Good most recently served as vice-president for innovation and student recruitment at Eastern Mennonite University (EMU), where he oversaw student recruitment and university marketing and communications; led the team that enrolled the largest first-year class at EMU in four years; and managed the strategy for awarding the institution's multimillion-dollar financial aid budget. In addition, Good was director of admissions and director of retention during his time at EMU.
