With the many festivities for Fourth of July comes many road closures. Keep your eyes out and plan accordingly for some important streets to be shut down.

On July 3, Ringling Boulevard from South Tuttle Avenue to South Pompano Avenue will be closed from 6 a.m.-8 p.m. due to the Trump rally event at Robarts Arena. The road will remain closed until the event is over.

On the Fourth of July, Orange Avenue will be closed from Oak Street to Mound Street from 6-9 p.m. Bayfront Drive will be closed from Osprey Avenue to Gulfstream Avenue from 7-11:30 pm.

Parking will also be an issue, so plan accordingly. Parking will not be allowed on the grass area on the south end of Bayfront Park, or in the median on John Ringling Boulevard. The Bayfront Park lot will be closed once the parking lot has reached maximum capacity. Parking will be available at the Palm Avenue and State Street garages.
