Arts Advocates has announced its 2021-2022 board officers. On May 1, Jeannette Paladino takes over as president; Barbara Hyde as vice president; Barbara Fischer Long as recording secretary; Barbara Sander as corresponding secretary; and Carol Hartz as treasurer.

The mission of Arts Advocates is to inspire creativity, advance education and connect the community to the arts. Since 1969, the organization has awarded more than $1 million in scholarships to local students, and nearly $150,000 in grants to local arts organizations, schools, and children’s programs. All monies awarded are generated through Arts Advocates activities.
