The Pentecost Foundation, created by Mark and Cindy Pentecost, recently presented The V Foundation, one of the nation's leading cancer research funding organizations, with a $2 million donation. The check is a result of a matching challenge that leveraged the Pentecosts' donation to raise an additional $3 million for a total of $5 million. Money raised will help fund critical research in the fight against childhood cancer.
