Manatee County Schools Names New Director of Federal Programs and Grants
Latrina Singleton is the former principal at Blackburn Elementary School in Palmetto; Danielle Delk will take over her role for the remainder of the school year.

The School District of Manatee County has announced that Latrina Singleton has been named director of federal programs and grants. Singleton, former principal at Blackburn Elementary School in Palmetto, has been with the school district for the last nine years. Danielle Delk will take over Singleton's role as principal at Blackburn Elementary School for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year, upon approval from the school board. Delk has been the school's assistant principal since 2017 and with the district since 2006.
