Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that Cheryl Wellman has been named vice-president of operations and Mary Beth Ebenger has been appointed to corporate controller.

In her new role, Wellman will oversee many critical aspects of the business, from human resources, agent management and facilities to legal case management, brand compliance and regulatory compliances for licenses. She will also be responsible for rental division supervision and accounting. Ebenger, a certified public accountant, brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance, real estate development and operations management to the company.
