Breaking ground on the new CMSA offices.

Architecture and design firm Clifford M. Scholz Architects, Scholz, Oswald & Shaffer LLC (CMSA) recently broke ground on its newly designed 5,000-square-foot office building. Jackson & Associates, General Contractors, Inc. will be the general contractor for the project. CMSA will be relocating its operations from its existing downtown building, where the firm has been headquartered for seven years, to a new facility located at 2724 Fruitville Road. The move and construction of the building serve as an opportunity to accommodate recent growth. The building is expected to be completed at the end of 2020.
