Goodwill Manasota recently promoted Gray Videnka to vice president of the Goodwill foundation and vice president of marketing and Tony Lapera to vice president of information technology. In her new role, Videnka will be responsible for raising the necessary funds to secure short- and long-term funding, operating and capital needs support and more. She has more than 15 years of business strategy and leadership experience and has served in various roles for Goodwill Manasota during her tenure with the organization. Lapera, meanwhile, will be responsible for all information systems and related technology. He has nearly 30 years of information technology experience and has been with Goodwill Manasota since 2014.
