Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida recently hired Stephanie Kight as its new CEO, effective Thursday, Feb. 1. Kight follows Barbara Zdravecky, who will retire at the end of January after 24 years as CEO of the organization. Planned Parenthood serves over 45,000 patients at 11 health care centers in 22 counties across the state of Florida. Kight has decades of experience in health care business strategy, brand and marketing strategy, public policy advocacy and program development. She has held senior leadership roles at the Planned Parenthood Federation of America and at Planned Parenthood affiliates in Ohio and California.
