Sarasota County Supervisor of Elections Ron Turner will discuss how local elections are managed during the next meeting of the Sarasota County Council of Neighborhood Associations, at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 9. Turner will speak about elections in general, as well as the December special election to replace recently resigned state Rep. Alex Miller, R-Sarasota, elections scheduled for 2018, and more. The meeting takes place at the Sarasota Garden Club, 1131 Boulevard of the Arts, Sarasota.
