The State College of Florida Manatee-Sarasota recently purchased 78.5 acres of property in Parrish from a local family for almost $2.5 million. The property is intended to be home to a future east Manatee County campus for the college. Tom Brown of Wagner Realty and Tony Veldkamp of SVN Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.
