John Connaughton, Giovanni Migliorini of Café Epicure and Carlo Piras, the former owner of Café Americano, recently purchased suite 102 of 3976 Destination Drive, Osprey, for $125,000. The building, along with 3983 Destination Drive, makes up the Bay Street Town Center, a retail, restaurant and office center consisting of suites sold as condominiums. Suite 102 takes up 1,136 square feet and was sold in an empty shell state. In January, the trio purchased the adjacent unit, which they are currently remodeling into an Italian breakfast and lunch restaurant. They plan to expand the restaurant into unit 102 as well, for a total of approximately 3,473 square feet of floor space.
