Reid Gerletti, a sales associate with Sotheby’s International Realty, was recently elected to the 12-member board of directors at The Historical Society of Sarasota County. Gerletti was appointed at the organization's annual May meeting. At the same time, Marsha Fottler was picked as the nonprofit's new president, succeeding Howard Rosenthal, who led the organization for six years. Gerletti is a graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design and has long maintained an interest in Sarasota’s buildings, traditions and cultural life.
