Florida Power & Light Executive Recognized for Philanthropy

Florida Power & Light area manager Rae Dowling was recently recognized with the Bradenton Kiwanis Foundation's first Bert South Philanthropic Award. The foundation created the award to recognize and honor an individual, family or group who best reflects the foundation’s philanthropic values. Dowling was nominated by the Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida. She has served as president of the Manatee Chamber of Commerce, president of the United Way Suncoast and president of the Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida.
