Neal Communities announced that it had 306 home sales in the first quarter, including 96 in March.

Grand Palm, the builder’s master-planned community in Venice, continued its leading sales position for the builder with 16 new homes sales in March. The community features interconnected walking trails, nature paths and a 39-acre lake with an island oasis.

The 1,000-acre gated community of Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood, had five new models unveiled last month and sold seven homes in March.

The Estuary, Neal Communities’ newest neighborhood in West Bradenton, began offering presales last month, which resulted in eight new home sales. It will officially open with a new model in May.

Other neighborhoods included Milano in Venice and Silverleaf in Parrish, each with six sales.
