The Jewish Housing Council Foundation recently hired event planning and fundraising professional Johnette Cappadona as its new director of development. She will work closely with the foundation’s entire donor base and will be involved with all of the organization's special events. Cappadona has worked in Sarasota for a variety of organizations, including the University of South Florida, All Faiths Food Bank, the New College Library Association, the New College Foundation and Jewish Family and Children’s Service. The Jewish Housing Council Foundation is a nonprofit that supports senior communities such as Aviva: A Campus for Senior Life.
