The trade group Florida Realtors is seeking entries for its 24th ENVY Award, which honors developments that best preserve Florida's quality of life. Residential and commercial developments will be considered. Lakewood Ranch was a previous winner.

The winner in each category will receive a Lucite trophy and recognition at the Florida Realtors 2017 Convention and Trade Expo from Aug. 15-17. The entry deadline is Friday, June 30.
