The Venice construction company J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp. recently hired Ryan Nunnelley as its new chief estimator. In his new role, Nunnelley will assist J.E. Charlotte’s estimating department and provide construction support. Before joining J.E. Charlotte, Nunnelley worked as an account manager at a construction management and general contracting company that served southeast Florida. He has served in senior roles in the oil, gas and chemical industry and was also a licensed general contractor in California and Guam.
