City Shares Video Preview of New St. Armands Parking Garage
The City of Sarasota on Wednesday posted to Twitter a three-dimensional video rendering of the new parking garage planned for St. Armands Circle.

The 521-space garage will sit to the north of the circle itself, behind the strip that contains Shore, Cafe L’Europe and Columbia. The garage will include public bathrooms, a police substation and valet parking and will add a total of 334 additional spaces to parking near the circle. The project is estimated to cost $14.9 million in total.
