Rei Lopez was recently appointed chief of laboratory services for SunCoast Blood Bank. Before joining the blood bank, Lopez was the corporate director of laboratory operations for Pennsylvania's Universal Health Services. He graduated from New Jersey's Fairleigh Dickinson University with a bachelor’s degree in medical technology and received his master’s degree in science administration from Michigan's Andrews University.
