Joshua Tackett of Hembree & Associates recently listed and leased three separate units totaling 4,000 square feet of retail space at Bee Ridge Plaza, 4100 Bee Ridge Road, Sarasota. The completed deals bring the plaza up to 100 percent occupancy. The new tenants include the Southern Steer butcher shop, a computer repair business and a martial arts studio. In addition to Tackett, agents Ken Hoskinson and Tom Burrows helped finalize the leases.
