Florida House of Representatives Speaker Richard Corcoran will speak at The Argus Foundation’s next Meet the Minds luncheon, which runs 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 2, at the Sarasota Yacht Club, 1100 John Ringling Blvd., Sarasota. Corcoran will discuss his legislative priorities just five days before the start of the Legislature's 2017 session.
