Myakka City's Tamiami Hoehne LLC recently purchased the 40,511-square-foot vacant commercial parcel located near Sarasota Bradenton International Airport at 7870 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, from American Momentum Bank for $330,000. Jag Grewal and Amy MacDougall of Ian Black Real Estate represented the seller and Ralph Hoehne of Kingston Realty represented the buyer in the transaction.
