The London-born chef James Arnsby recently launched a new program in which he offers international cooking demonstrations at the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee's Culinary Innovation Lab, 8130 Lakewood Main St., Lakewood Ranch. The classes are open to the public, not just students. Tickets are $45. The next class, held 6-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, will concentrate on the cuisine of France.
