Massachusetts' Highland Manor Realty Trust recently purchased the property located at 300 John Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, that houses St. Armands Circle's Tommy Bahama from Sarasota's W. Howard Rooks for $6.8 million. The 5,000-square-foot property includes 8,044 total square feet of finished space.
