Nautilus Homes held a ribbon cutting Saturday to celebrate the company's new headquarters at 7126 Beneva Road, Sarasota. Nautilus purchased the 5,285-square-foot, two-story property in April and remodeled 2,115 square feet of the building's second floor to accommodate day-to-day operations and staff. The building has an additional 3,100 square feet of office space available for leasing.
