Sarasota's Seminole SRQ Properties, LLC last month purchased the 2,560-square-foot downtown office building located at 2180 Main St., Sarasota, from the Ian Black Real Estate company 2180 Main Street, LLC for $580,000. Jag Grewal and Amy MacDougall of Ian Black Real Estate represented the buyer and Steve Horn and Melissa Harris of Ian Black Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction.
