The Venice commercial construction company J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp. was recently awarded a contract for the construction of the clubhouse at Watercrest, a new gated community in Venice. Located at the roundabout at Venice Avenue and Jacaranda Boulevard, Watercrest will include 294 homes, plus a new 3,146-square-foot British West Indies-style clubhouse that will be the centerpiece of the neighborhood.
