With new tenants Hill, Barth & King LLC and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune, SunTrust Bank’s downtown Sarasota office building is now 100 percent occupied.

With new tenants Hill, Barth & King LLC and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune, SunTrust Bank’s downtown Sarasota office building is now 100 percent occupied. Hill, Barth & King has leased 4,959 square feet on the third floor, while the Herald-Tribune has leased 28,000 square feet across three floors. The newspaper will use the space as its new headquarters and is planning to move in early next year.
