Ian Black Real Estate recently began offering land and development advisory services through a new division that will be led by real estate veteran Tom Danahy. Danahy will provide guidance and expertise to users looking to purchase, develop or sell large plots of land, as well as commercial developments and master-planned communities. Danahy brings with him more than 40 years of experience in real estate development. He has developed or managed more than 25,000 home sites and 150,000 acres in 11 states. New services will include strategic business oversight, operational management, sales and marketing, financial guidance, approvals and entitlements, community management and government relations.
