The Bradenton company Fig Trees and Grace, LLC recently purchased a 7,902-square-foot office building located in the International Trade Center at 22 Sarasota Center Blvd., Sarasota, from Bradenton's Sunz Insurance Company for just under $1.3 million. Jag Grewal and Amy MacDougall of Ian Black Real Estate represented the seller; Nick DeVito II and Joanna Ginder-Ashley of Ian Black Real Estate represented the buyer.
