525 Rawls Inc. recently purchased the multifamily building located at 525 Rawls Ave., Sarasota, from Siesta Key Management for $530,000. The 1,316-square-foot historical five-plex, originally built in 1920, includes four studios and one unit with one bedroom and one bathroom.
