The Bradenton City Council on Wednesday unanimously approved a development agreement for a new eight-story, 130-room hotel to be built at 102 12th St. W., Bradenton. The .6-acre property is the former home of the Manatee Players Theater. In January, the council approved a deal to sell the city-owned parcel for $650,000.
