The New College of Florida Board of Trustees elected Felice Schulaner as its chair and William Johnston as its vice-chair on Sept. 10. Schulaner is a retired human resources executive and New College graduate who now serves on several local nonprofit boards, including Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida, the New College Foundation, Visible Men Academy and the Community Foundation of Sarasota County. Johnston, meanwhile, worked on Wall Street and served from 1996 to 2001 as the president and chief operating officer of the New York Stock Exchange.
