Melanie Smith of Indigo Montessori School recently leased a 1,451-square-foot building located at 238 Links Ave., Sarasota, from The Regent Group, LLC. The building, located in Towles Court, is zoned "downtown edge" and features two bathrooms, multiple rooms and outdoor seating. Smith plans to use the space to open a Montessori preschool, which emphasizes learning through all five senses and at the children’s' pace.
